The CHEP Outpost was created with a simple but powerful goal: to turn everyday donations into real, lasting change for Veterans, the local community and the environment. As a nonprofit dedicated to empowering homeless Veterans and individuals in need—we saw an opportunity to create something more than just a store. This is Retail for Real Change. Every item donated, every purchase made, and every volunteer hour fuels our mission to uplift lives, restore dignity, and strengthen our community—one person, one family, and one step at a time.

When you donate to the CHEP Outpost, you're doing more than supporting a great cause—you’re helping the environment. We give gently used items a second life and responsibly recycle materials that can’t be resold. It’s a simple way to keep usable goods out of landfills while making a real difference in the lives of local veterans and families.
What We Do.
CHEP Housing Programs provide safe, stable housing and supportive services for Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our programs offer more than a place to stay—they deliver hope, structure, and a path toward independence. Through transitional and permanent housing, we empower individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
