CHEP Outpost- Return/Refund Policy
At CHEP Outpost, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and sustainable practices. Please review our return policy before making your purchase.

General Merchandise
-All sales are FINAL.
-No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on general merchandise, including clothing, books, home decor, and similar items.
-We encourage customers to inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

Electronic Items
-Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the item is found to be defective.
-The original receipt is required for all returns.
-The item must be returned in the condition in which it was sold.
-Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Appliances
-Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase only if the item is found to be defective.
-The original receipt is required for all returns.
-Items must be returned clean and, in the condition, they were sold.
-Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Additional Notes
-No returns or refunds will be accepted after the specified return periods.
-CHEP Outpost reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the stated conditions.

HOLD DURATION
We're happy to hold large, purchased items-- such as furniture and appliances-- for a short period to arrange pick-up. Please review our policy below:

-Large items may be held for up to three (3) business days, including the day of purchase. 
-Items must be picked up by the end of the third business day.
-If not picked up by the deadline, the item will be returned to the sales floor for resale.

Important Terms
-No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items that are not picked up in time and are forfeited. 
-It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely pickup.
